DEFINITIONS

The words Company, Our Company, We, I – whenever used in this document – shall mean akcarcare (AKCC).

The word Client/Clients shall mean a person/persons/organizations ordering Services from the Company.

The word Service shall mean the activities the Company performs as ordered by the Client.

The word Order shall mean a set of activities within the Service.

The phrase Subject of Service shall mean the object to which the Service applies.

The word Payment shall mean the amount due for the service performed by the Company for the Client in accordance with the Order.

The word Invoice shall mean the document that binds the Client to make the Payment.

The word Website shall mean the Company’s web page available at www.akcc.co.uk.

The phrase Social Media shall mean third party websites and internet services, such as Facebook, Tweeter, etc.

The word Photos shall mean photographs (in any form) taken by the Company, and depicting the Subject of Service, i.e. the car, its interior, the interior of an apartment/building/house.

The phrase Terms and Conditions (T&C) shall mean this document.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Our Company is registered as a sole trader under the name akcarcare.

  2. We never drive Client’s cars.

  3. Each Client is kindly asked to share their opinion about us on social media, google or on our website.

  4. Ordering the Service

CONDITIONS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES

  1. Before ordering our Services each Client shall acknowledge the contents of the Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Client shall place the Order before the performance of services is started.

  3. Before performing any Services, we shall take photos of the car (its exterior and interior).

  4. Whenever interior services are ordered, the Clients are kindly asked to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. Any items found during the performance of Services, shall be placed in a dedicated container and returned to the Client after the service is completed. The Client shall be charged with the price of the container. Depending on individual circumstances, the above fee can be waived.

  5. Should the Company find objects, substances or items that contravene the law or indicate that an act forbidden by the law might have been committed, the Company reserves the right to deny the performance of Services. In such circumstances the Client may be charged with the cost of the Service.

  6. Once the service is completed the Client shall rate the quality of the service and express their opinion.

MARKETING

  1. The cost of the service shall be reduced by XX% if the Client consents to use our promo codes with we will post on our website and social media pages.

PRIVACY

  1. If Client’s consent is obtained, the photographs shall be used on our website, in social media and in future marketing campaigns. All private details such as registration plates, faces of third parties, addresses, house numbers, shall be blurred.

  2. The photographs shall be stored on the servers of our website, our Company computers and the servers of social media channels.

  3. The conditions of storing photos by third parties, such as social media channels, are described in the respective terms and conditions of the service providers.

PAYMENT

  1. The Payment for the Service can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.

  2. Card payments are managed by the „izettle” company. Should you have any questions, please visit www.izettle.com/gb and read their terms and conditions regarding payments.
  3. The Payment shall be confirmed by an Invoice issued for the Client, in accordance with their Order.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Since Client satisfaction is what matters most to us, we always strive to perform our services with dedication, commitment and in a professional way. Thus, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our Services, we kindly ask you to share your concerns with us once the services are completed, and before we leave.

  2. If, after the Invoice was issued and Payment was made, you do not accept the level the Services, please send your complaint as soon as possible to our e-mail address: info@akcarcare.co.uk.
  3. The complaint must include the following information:

  1. Date when the service was performed.

  2. Invoice/Payment number.

  3. Date when the deficiency in the performance of services was discovered.

  4. Description of the deficiency in the performance of services.

  5. Preferred method of remedy.

CARING ABOUT HEALTH

  1. Client’s health is at the heart of what we do, that is why we only use professional car care products from renowned and trusted brands.

  2. Before the service is performed, we submit to the Client a list of products that we use. The list is also available at product list page
  3. Questions regarding allergies and other health conditions should be sent to the manufacturers of products used by us.

  4. In order to learn more about the products that will be used by us or that have been used within the Services, please contact us at info@akcarcare.co.uk.

CLAIMS

  1. The Company shall not be responsible for allergies or other health conditions suffered by the Client or third parties.

  2. The photos of the Subject of Service shall be used as evidence in the event of any claims for damages made against the Company.

  3. In the event of any damage to Client’s property caused by the Company, the Company shall cover the cost of necessary repairs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the Subject of Service caused by third parties or force majeure.

  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to Subject of Service that occurs after the completion of the Service.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including special or consequential damages, that result from the use of the Subject of Service.

  4. The terms and conditions included herein do not exclude the rights or obligations of the Client under the applicable legal stipulations.

  1. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice.
